City to consider Facebook’s offer to build a new community center and library

On December 16, 2019, Facebook submitted its proposed framework for exploring the funding and development of a new multi-generational community center and library at the current Onetta Harris Community Center, Menlo Park Senior Center and Belle Haven Youth Center, near Kelly Park. Menlo Park gymnasts compete at state

Gymnasts from the local Menlo Park gymnastics program participated in the Level 3 Gymnastics State Championships November 17 in Redwood City. Nine girls from the Level 3 competitive team qualified to participate in the championship meet. Sophia Narbut placed 3rd all-around in her age division and placed third on bars with a score of 9.175. Learn about the city budget process at January 9 workshop

Join city staff in the City Council Chambers from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2020, to learn about the City's budget process in advance of the City Council's annual goal-setting session in late January. The budget process informational workshop will cover a variety of topics ranging from the purpose of a budget to community input opportunities to the difference between operating budgets and how City infrastructure projects are funded. 2020 tennis keys available starting January 2

Annual tennis keys for 2020 will be available for purchase at the Arrillaga Family Gymnasium starting Thursday, January 2 and the Onetta Harris Community Center starting Monday, January 6. The Arrillaga Family Gymnasium office will be open Thursday, January 2; Saturday, January 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Monday, January 6. For keys purchased between January 1 and June 30, the fees are $63 for residents and $127 for nonresidents. From July 1 to December 31, the key price will be prorated to...Click to continue
