Join Mariela for an educational, energetic and interactive bilingual performance for infants, toddlers, preschoolers and their families.
About Mariela
Mariela Herrera was born in Santiago, Chile, and has been motivated to sing and dance since her childhood. She spent eight years as a member of a children’s folk group called Los Maipucitos, with which she enjoyed performing throughout the world. Since moving to the Bay Area, Mariela has worked as a musician and educator with the Aim Program of the San Francisco Symphony, as well as a playgroup facilitator and a bilingual storyteller. Her biggest desire is to continue using music as a vehicle to pursue the cognitive development of children.
