MidPen Housing’s St. Matthew Apartments’ waitlist is now open. St. Matthew is located at 215 East Second Avenue, San Mateo, CA 94401. It is a non-denominational property and has 56 below market rate, single-room occupancy studio apartments. Property amenities include fully furnished community rooms, on-site laundry facilities and convenient access to public transportation and shopping centers.
To be eligible, household annual income must be between $10,000 and $46,000 and applicants must be residents of San Mateo County.
