The Menlo Park Police Foundation is proud to announce that it raised $6,000 at the Paws for Paws II event held Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017, in Burgess Park. The funds raised are earmarked for K-9 safety equipment for Menlo Park Police Department K-9’s Hardy and Duke. A portion of these funds will be donated to the Hurricane Harvey Fund for the Houston Humane Society. All expenses were underwritten by W.L. Butler Construction, the Stanford Park Hotel, Village Square Veterinary Clinic and through generous donations from private donors.
The Foundation continues to seek donations to support the K-9 program, programs for local youth and employee appreciation.
