City Manager Alex D. McIntyre has taken initial steps toward a management reorganization. He plans to transition Community Services Director Cherise Brandell to a new role as Organizational Development Project Manager through June 2018. In her new role, Cherise will be focusing her time on facilitating on a strategic plan for the organization, working with employees at all levels to create and strengthen staff engagement, supporting our leaders and managers in becoming stronger communicators and ensuring our engagement efforts are visibly linked to our mission. 

Separately, the City Manager named Assistant Community Services Director Derek Schweigart, the Interim Director. These changes will be effective October 30.
