Please be aware of new stop signs and speed limits on Hamilton Avenue. Hamilton Avenue was recently resurfaced and restriped and crosswalks were repainted as part of the new 777 Hamilton residential development. As part of this work, the stop signs on Hamilton Avenue at the Hollyburne Avenue and Madera Avenue intersections were removed and new stop signs were added to Hamilton Avenue at Windermere Avenue and Sevier Avenue. Additionally, the posted speed limit on Hamilton Avenue between Willow Road and Chilco Street was reduced to 25 mph. These changes provide a safer and more efficient connection between the new residential development and the existing roadway and pedestrian network.
