Hello Housing is administering a Workforce Housing pilot program which will subsidize the rent for 22 units of workforce housing for teachers and other community-servicing professionals. The apartments are located at 777 Hamilton Avenue, a new apartment community located in the Belle Haven neighborhood of Menlo Park. For more information about this unique opportunity, please review the Program Overview to find out more details about eligibility and how to apply.

Applications are due Tuesday, May 16, 2017, and are currently being accepted for households who meet the requirements for 1st Tier and 2nd Tier Preference Groups. Applications can be mailed to Hello Housing, P.O. Box 8179, Foster City, CA 94404 or dropped-off at the open house May 10 from 4-6 p.m. at 777 Hamilton Drive, Menlo Park. Emailed applications will not be accepted and no individual can be included in more than one application.
