Mayor Kirsten Keith delivered a proclamation supporting national Library Week to members of the Library Commission at the Council's April 4 meeting at the Onetta Harris Senior Center. "Libraries are not just about what we have for people, but what we do for and with people", she said, adding "I encourage all residents to visit the library this week and explore what's new". National Library Week runs from April 9 through April 15. Check out the library's web page to see what is happening this week.
