In order to avoid overlap with other city commission meetings, beginning April 17, the Library Commission will meet on the third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Library Commission meetings are held in the main library lower level meeting room. For questions, contact Nick Szegda, Assistant Director of Library Services. The Environmental Quality Commission has adjusted its schedule as well, now meeting on the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Building first floor conference room. For questions, contact Clay Cutrtin, Assistant to the City Manager.

The Housing Commission is now meeting the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Building, City Council Conference Room. City Council directed the Commission to meet monthly in order to tackle items from their Jan. 10 study session on addressing residential displacement. The commission voted to change the time from 5:30 to 6:30, in hopes more community members would be able to attend. For questions, contact Jim Cogan, Housing and Economic Development Manager.

Last, the City Council approved the merger of the Bicycle and Transportation Commissions into a Complete Streets Commission for a one-year trial period to engage the community and provide feedback to Council on transportation issues.
