This past week, on Jan. 31, the three month construction process for the Santa Cruz Avenue Street Café Program was completed. The seven new Street Cafés aim to enliven the Downtown retail experience and build on the success of the 2014 Left Bank pilot program. Excited business owners have already been seen furnishing their spaces and making plans for custom features.
