Maintenance crews recently resurfaced and restriped the asphalt play area at the Belle Haven Youth Center providing new striping for hopscotch, four square and a basketball half court. This work is part of a larger maintenance effort recently conducted at the Belle Haven Youth Center. Other improvements included the installation of a new fence, tree trimming, power washing of the building’s exterior, re-seeding of the grass field, mulching of the landscaped areas and trash removal from the adjacent PG&E easement. In addition to routine maintenance, the interior received a deep clean involving comprehensive window cleaning and rug steam cleaning. The Public Works and Community Services coordinated this work to ensure a successful and safe fall session at the Belle Haven Youth Center.
