Menlo Park has joined Peninsula Clean Energy to offer businesses and residents clean renewable electricity starting in October. PCE is offering two workshops to train local residents as outreach volunteers. These volunteers will be prepared to help target commercial customers and encourage them to move to renewable energy. The workshop dates are:

At the end of the workshop, volunteers will be asked to sign-up to walk key business corridors in their city and talk to local business owners about PCE. This is a great opportunity for both environmental advocates as well as individuals looking for volunteer hours. No prior knowledge of PCE or energy is necessary to attend and the workshops are open to anyone in San Mateo county.
