The mitigated negative declaration to construct an emergency well for the Menlo Park Municipal Water District at the City’s Corporation Yard (333 Burgess Drive) is available for review at City Hall, the library and online. Staff previously sent the initial study and notice of intent to adopt a negative declaration to the state clearinghouse, as well as all residents and businesses within one-quarter mile of the project location. The 30-day review and comment period ends May 30, and approval of the mitigated negative declaration is tentatively scheduled for the June 7, 2016, City Council meeting.
