New shuttle buses will replace existing older models that currently serve Menlo Park's approximately 85,000 riders per year, including residents, employees and visitors. The new buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with electronic destination signs, seatbelts and bike racks. A new feature, an advanced vehicle locator system, will be available in 2016 and provide real-time information to riders. 

The City’s shuttle services benefit riders between the downtown Menlo Park Caltrain station and the business parks adjacent to Willow Road and Marsh Road during peak commute hours. During middays, the shuttles circulate around town serving residents and visitors. The Midday Shuttle is a fixed route service that stops at a number of locations including downtown, Caltrain, the library, Little House, Senior Center, Crane Place, Menlo Medical Center, Safeway, and Stanford Shopping Center just to name a few. Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, the Shoppers’ Shuttle serves those who are not within comfortable walking distance of the Midday Shuttle or SamTrans stops.
