Hunter Properties has formally submitted an application to redevelop the property at 133 Encinal Avenue
, the site of the former Roger Reynolds Nursery and Carriage Stop. The proposal includes construction of 26 multi-family units and on-site relocation of an existing single-story structure. All of the new residences would consist of three-story townhomes, and each unit would have four bedrooms. Proposed open space areas would include private patios, garden plots, shaded common seating areas, and a children’s play area. At this time, the project is contemplated to be rental units. The proposed development will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a future meeting.
