Hunter Properties has formally submitted an application to redevelop the property at
133 Encinal Avenue, the site of the former Roger Reynolds Nursery and Carriage Stop. The proposal includes construction of 26 multi-family units and on-site relocation of an existing single-story structure. All of the new residences would consist of three-story townhomes, and each unit would have four bedrooms. Proposed open space areas would include private patios, garden plots, shaded common seating areas, and a children’s play area. At this time, the project is contemplated to be rental units. The proposed development will be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a future meeting.
