Construction crews at 777 Hamilton Avenue have been busy preparing the site for the development of 195 multi-family dwelling units in seven buildings. On April 16, 2015, the City issued building permits for the construction of 85 units, which are located in the first three buildings. The project will include a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 703 to 1,569 square feet, and a number of on-site amenities.
