Menlo Park is preparing to recruitment its next city manager. We need your input on specific qualities, such as leadership skills and management style, the next city manager should possess. The city manager is appointed by the city council and serves as the chief executive of the city.
City Manager Starla Jerome-Robinson has announced her retirement and the City Council selected The Hawkins Company to conduct the executive search. The recruiter asks for your input about what qualities you would like to see in the next city manager. This quick survey has five questions and will help the recruiter learn more about community needs from the city manager. Responses will help the search firm identify and recommend qualified candidates to the city council for consideration. The survey remains open until October 15, 2021. All responses are anonymous.
