On March 2, 2015, the City issued building permits for two of the three St. Anton multi-family residential buildings located at 3639 Haven Avenue. These two buildings include 305 of the development’s 394 dwelling units. Construction of the structured parking garage is currently underway. The main building (Building A) will eventually wrap the garage, concealing it to maintain the uniform look of the property. The St. Anton development will include a variety of unit types from studios to three-bedroom units, ranging in size from 563 to 1,549 square feet. As part of the development, 37 units will be deed restricted to provide affordable rental housing to lower income households. Anticipated completion of the project is late spring 2016.
