To protect employees and the public from COVID-19, Recology San Mateo has suspended the
bulky item collection program. Calls were made to all customers who had scheduled appointments. These customers will be put on a priority list when the program resumes. For customers with any questions, please call 650-595-3900 or
email Recology customer service.
Consistent with countywide recommendations, Recology San Mateo has closed their local office to walk-in customers. They have canceled in-person public education and outreach activities, including community presentations, waste audits, site assessments, and tote bag distributions. The customer service center is operational and customers can pay their bills online, by phone or by mail.
