With summer coming to an end and school starting, staff from the Public Works Department have planned numerous projects for City facilities during this transition. Beginning the week of August 18th, the Arrillaga Family Recreation Center will have its carpets cleaned, four rooms painted, and all lights replaced in two rooms. During the week of August 25th, carpets at the Onetta Harris Community Center and Senior Center will be cleaned. Then during the week of September 2nd, lobby and hallway lights in the Arrillaga Family Gymnastics Center will be replaced, along with new carpet in the multipurpose room and viewing room. These projects have been scheduled to minimize inconvenience and maximize community access and benefits of the facilities.
