Join us Thursday, September 26, 2019, to see concept ideas for new landscaping at the Willow Road/U.S. 101 interchange.

A landscape architect will present potential ideas, receive community feedback and go over next steps.

Willow Road/U.S. 101 interchange landscaping meeting
Thursday, September 26, 2019
6:30-8 p.m.
Menlo Park Senior Center
110 Terminal Ave.

About the Willow Road/U.S. 101 interchange project
The City of Menlo Park is a sponsor of the Caltrans project that updated the interchange by converting the previous “full cloverleaf” style interchange to a “partial cloverleaf” to remove the short merge weaves on both Willow Road and the freeway. The project also created a wider bridge with dedicated right turn lanes, added bicycle lanes and dedicated bicycle paths to both sides, and added two signalized intersections.

A majority of the construction of the first phase is complete with only minor items remaining. The landscaping is the second phase.
