As part of the
ConnectMenlo General Plan Update (land use and circulation elements), the City seeks your ideas for the various land use options in the “M-2 Area,” which includes the business parks between US 101 and the Bay. Since the start of the project, we have heard ideas from community members about improvements and new land uses in the area. Now we need to know where these improvements and land uses should go. Please take a few minutes to
complete the survey, which includes a ranking exercise of three land-use alternatives. You’re also encouraged to provide input regarding what you liked and disliked about the three Alternatives and what, if anything, would you change about the Alternatives. The online survey can be found at
www.menlopark.org/connectmenlosurvey.
Paper copies of the survey are available at the
City Hall Administration Building,
Main Library,
Belle Haven Branch Library, and the
Belle Haven Neighborhood Service Center.
Your ideas regarding the three alternatives will be used over the next several months to create a “preferred alternative” that will become a major part of the new General Plan Land Use and Circulation Elements.
The deadline to respond to the survey is January 20, 2015.
