Serving on a City of Menlo Park
commission or committee is one way members of the public can volunteer and get involved with their local government. Recruitment for commission terms expiring this April is already underway. In the past year, commissions have played an instrumental role in providing feedback on important City projects such as the library system improvements, community zero waste plan, Bedwell Bayfront Park Master Plan, Facebook Campus Expansion and more!
The City Council is expected to consider and make appointments for openings on various commissions and committees at its April 24, 2018, meeting.
