Tennis courts

Tennis court keys

Tennis keys are needed to access Menlo Park tennis courts. Annual tennis keys are valid from January 15th through January 1st of the following year. The fee for the 2020 annual key is $63 for residents and $127 for non-residents as well as those living in unincorporated areas. We do not prorate tennis keys, but a discount will be given for tennis key purchases starting July 1st: $42 for residents and $84 for non-residents. No refunds or credit will be given after purchase of key.

Tennis keys are available for purchase online and will be sent via certified mail within 5 business days.

Tennis court rentals

Tennis courts are available on a first-come first-served basis, unless a reservation has been made in advance. It costs $17/hr for residents and $22/hr for non-residents to rent a Menlo Park tennis court. You can make a reservation here

The City of Menlo Park limits tennis court reservations in order to provide optimum court space for the public and community use. Whenever possible, at least 50% of each court site will be accessible to the general public on a first-come first-served basis. The city reserves the right to reserve additional courts when needed for activities such as city programs, tournaments, summer camps, and other uses.

Please see our Tennis Court Rental Information and Use Policy for additional information.

Tennis classes and camps

The City of Menlo Parks offers classes for both children and adults, taught by Jim Heebner at Nealon Park and the Euro School of Tennis at Willow Oaks.
