The opening date listed is the last day a bid will be accepted. Bids will generally not be accepted after 2:00 p.m. on the opening date. The City provides sets of plans and specifications to 7 plan rooms. If you would like to be included in the city's list of qualified bidders for informal bids, please view the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act information.
Payment must be received before plans and specifications are mailed. A faxed copy of the check will not be accepted. If you wish to have plans and specifications sent via OnTrac, UPS or FedEx, please include your account information along with your check. Plans and specifications will be mailed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Payment for hard copy plans and specifications will be accepted over the phone if paying by credit card. The City of Menlo Park accepts Visa or MasterCard. You will be required to provide the cardholder's name, account number, and expiration date. Plans and specifications will then be mailed within 48 hours. You may also choose to have plans and specifications sent via OnTrac, UPS or FedEx, by providing your account number at the time of request.
