Shoppers' Shuttle

General information

The City of Menlo Park has a very special program called the Shoppers' Shuttle. This shuttle is free and open to everyone. The shuttle has two spaces for wheelchairs and can comfortably accommodate walkers, and the friendly driver is ready to assist passengers with walkers and packages.

Unlike the other normally scheduled shuttle services in Menlo Park, this is a door-to-door service that must be reserved in advance. The shuttle only runs on Tuesdays to Redwood City, and within Menlo Park on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Trips to Redwood City are only for shopping destinations. Wednesday and Saturday trips can be booked for trips to the store, pharmacy, bank, medical appointments, Stanford Shopping Center, Stanford Medical Center, and Palo Alto Medical Foundation. If you do use the service for a medical appointment, be sure to add enough buffer time to account for the pickup time frames.

The shuttle picks up passengers from their home starting at 9:30 a.m. For the return trip home, the shuttle will pick up passengers starting at Noon. To schedule or cancel a ride, please call:
