Ordinance No. 905 for the Below Market Rate (BMR) Housing Program was adopted by City Council on May 15, 2001 and became effective on June 15, 2001.  This ordinance modifies and consolidates the previous BMR ordinances.

Plans, Policies, and Guidelines:

The Affordable Housing Action Plan was adopted by the City Council on January 30, 2001.

The Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program and Emergency Repair Loan Program Guidelines were established in January of 1991.

The Below Market Rate Housing Program Guidelines were originally adopted by the City Council on January 12, 1988.

The Redevelopment Implementation Plan for the Las Pulgas Community Development Project Area, FY 2009/10 - 2013/14 was adopted by the City Council/Community Development Agency Board in November, 2009.
