Religion and Pluralism: A Multi-Faith Discussion

Saturday, February 18, 2017

Join us for a discussion of how you can adhere to your religious principles while maintaining a respectful stance for the diverse beliefs of others.

Representatives from several major world religions will join us to discuss and answer questions about their commonalities and the challenges of living in a pluralistic society.

Discuss
  • How do different religions view the beliefs and practices of other traditions?
  • Is adherence to one religious tradition compatible with respect for the many other religious traditions and convictions in our world?
  • How do we follow our own path, and still respect the beliefs of others?

Refreshments will be served. No reservation is necessary to attend.

Free van service is available for Menlo Park seniors and people with disabilities. Call 650-330-2512 by Wednesday, Feb. 15, to arrange a ride.
